What is the difference between a “market side” and a “market plate”?: A market side is a single vegetable side from our daily vegetable offerings. A market plate allows for you to choose 4 vegetables to be served on one platter. Individually ordered market sides are larger portions.
What is a Niman Ranch Fearless Frank?: Niman Ranch hot dogs are sustainably raised all-beef franks that are without antibiotics, hormones or nitrates.
What is a hot dog “special” (Niman Ranch, Hebrew, Vegan)?: A hot dog special is two hot dogs with either a salad, fries OR a market side. Hot dogs may be ordered as a special or as single dogs.
Do you take reservations?: Westville does not take reservations at any of our locations. We want to be able to accommodate as many customers as possible, so due to the size of our restaurants we find that the best way to do so is to serve parties on a first come first served basis. However, if you plan on coming with a large party, we’d be happy to offer advice as to when would be the best time to come.
It says on your menu that you only serve the Reuben at lunchtime, but can you make an exception?: Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions. Due to the preparation that goes into the “lunch only” items, it is inconvenient for us to offer them during dinner hours when service is at its peak.
Can I substitute a market side with my burger or sandwich instead of fries or salad?: Any market side can substitute fries or salad for an additional charge of $2.
Is your veggie burger vegan?: Our veggie burger is vegetarian but not vegan as eggs are used in its preparation.
Are your market sides vegan?: Most of our market sides can be prepared vegan upon request.
I only live two blocks outside of your range! Can I come meet the delivery guy on the corner within the range?: Unfortunately we cannot do this. Due to the volume of orders that each delivery person must handle, it is very difficult for us to go out of range as well as gamble with meeting people on the street.
What is a Portuguese Muffin?: A Portuguese Muffin is similar to an English Muffin but is bigger, fluffier and sweeter in taste.
Do you serve liquor?: Westville only serves beer and wine (a great selection!)
Do you have high chairs?: We can easily accommodate youngsters at our east side location as we have booster seats that fit to our chairs.
We want Westville food at our office party! Does Westville cater?: Yes we do! Currently we do not have a separate catering menu, but if you contact us with the size of the party and what kind of food you’d like to have, we’d be happy to offer you a proposal and estimate. Unfortunately at this time we do not host private parties at our restaurants.
